Settanta's incredibly resilient locking system presents a formidable barrier to any unwanted visitor. The unique patented design incorporates 8 point locks on each sash, heavy duty stainless steel shoot bolts and high quality friction hinges.

PVC-u doesn't just mean white. Settanta windows can be colored in rich Mahogany or Golden Oak, both with woodgrain effect, to complement the home. Two-tone versions are popular to retain classic, clean white lines inside whilst retaining a homely wood effect on the outside

Simplicity itself to use

Through exceptionally strong you'll find the Settanta range very easy operate. shoot bolt runners are mounted in an easy glide system allowing windows to be effortlessly opened and closed. A superior self locking handle and twin end keeps incorporating a lockable night vent, have also been designs with ease of use in mind.

The innovative high security lock option with twin stainless steel claws, grip the frame from the most physically secure angle possible.

Fire escape

Specially designed hinges can be fitted to provide a sufficient opening to allow easy escape in the event of a fire.

With a press of a lever, this special hinge also allows the window to slide across it's length giving access to the whole window for easier cleaning.

Two position window keep

A robust two position keep, securely fitted to the window frame, not only adds to it's security when closed but also allows the windows to be locked in a slightly ajar position for ventilation.

Tusk-lok

The unique'Tusk-lok' for added security on the hinge side of the window.

Shoot bolts

Metal bolts deploy upon turning of the handle to the closed position and help secure the windows to it's frame. Shoot bolts are fitted as standard to all Settanta products.

Security hinges

High security hinge locks are automatically deploy on closing the windows. Manufactured from high quality stainless steel, the hinge is shaped to locate into an end cap on the frame to provide additional security.
